"We were pleased with the service provided. We had two deaths in the family which was challenging to make arrangements. Kindness and understanding was offered. My only point of improvement would be to have one primary contact when multiple family members are involved. With such a unique circumstance, Vicki was there to make arrangements according to our families wishes."
